Great Developer, a leading software development company in Noida, is hiring dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to drive business growth and expand our client base. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Basic understanding of software products, IT solutions, and industry trends.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
